Bob Hiring new Assessments API for Marketplace partners

Approved HiBob Marketplace partners can now connect their assessment services to Bob Hiring using OAuth-based Public APIs and webhooks. Recruiters can order candidate assessments and track progress and results directly in their hiring workflow.
Availability: This API integrates with Bob Hiring. Customers must have the Bob Hiring module to use an assessment integration built with this API.
What’s new
- Manage assessment packages: Register or replace your package catalog for each installing company, and delete packages that are no longer offered.
- Receive assessment lifecycle events: Subscribe to events when a recruiter orders or cancells an assessment.
- Retrieve assessment context: Fetch candidate, requester, job opening, and selected package details. Webhook payloads contain IDs only; use this endpoint to retrieve the full context.
- Report progress and results: Update status and send scores, verdicts, result links, section summaries, and comments.

- Assessment providers can build a consistent, secure integration using OAuth and a standard set of APIs and webhooks.
- Recruiters can initiate assessments and view progress and results in Bob, without switching tools to track the assessment workflow.
